MacOS users
- Make sure you're using the latest version of the app released on May 6th: 1.29.1 (App Store link).
- Check that you only have one version of NeuroTracker installed:
• Open Finder and search for “NeuroTracker”
• Delete any older versions you find
iPhone & Android users
- Ensure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store / Google Play: 1.29.0
Windows users
- Open the app and verify the version displayed on the home page is 1.29.0
- If it’s not:
• Uninstall the app completely
• Reinstall it using the latest downloader (link here)
